*TELEPHONE FIRST CONSULTATIONS WITH GPs –THE RECEPTION STAFF WILL ASK FOR BRIEF DETAILS OF YOUR CONDITION IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CALLBACK FROM A MEMBER OF THE MEDICAL TEAM.  THE DOCTOR OR NURSE WILL ALWAYS OFFER A FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS, IF THEY FEEL IT IS NECESSARY.

*PRESCRIPTION COLLECTION BY YOUR NOMINATED PHARMACY

 

 

 

*CHILD IMMUNISATIONS, ESSENTIAL BLOOD MONITORING, CHRONIC DISEASE MONITORING AND REVIEW, CERVICAL SMEAR TESTS
