*PRESCRIPTION COLLECTION BY YOUR NOMINATED PHARMACY
*POSTAGE OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS INCLUDING SICK LINES
*CERTAIN ESSENTIAL TREATMENT DELIVERY INCLUDING CHILD IMMUNISATIONS, ESSENTIAL BLOOD MONITORING, in keeping with guidance from HSCB
Anyone attending the Practice in person will be required to wait outside before being admitted. You will be expected to follow all Government guidance including:
*SOCIAL DISTANCING (where appropriate - only 2 persons may enter reception at any given time)
*HAND HYGIENE – multiple sanitisation stations are located throughout the Practice
*YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK
We understand this is a difficult and unprecedented time, however we greatly appreciate your ongoing understanding and co-operation.
