There have been confirmed cases of MEASLES in Northern Ireland.  It is important to be vigilant for any signs of the disease.

A catch-up vaccination programme for those who are not fully vaccinated against MEASLES is currently underway.

From the 9th January 2024, Royal Victoria and Mater Hospital A+E departments will be operating a phone first system Mon-Fri 8am-6pm

This service is NOT FOR EMERGENCIES such as stroke, heart attack, loss of consciousness, breathing difficulties, severe bleeding or major trauma - please call 999 as usual in these instances
