All the Receptionists have been fully trained in Care Navigation, this means they have the skills, experience & training to advise on the best use of our services and are approachable at any time during surgery hours. Anything you tell them will be treated in confidence.
The Receptionists have a very difficult job and work hard to provide the best possible service to our patients. Please always try to treat them courteously.
